Today's project management tools are often very complicated, extremely comprehensive and bulky. Watchwork is the exact opposite. Simple handling, a clear interface and all relevant functions in one place. Once starting as a personal solution watchwork had recently more than 200 active users.

Watchwork's branding and concept has now turned into a smart recruiting software for hiring pre qualified tech talents via social media.

Status: Pivoted to smart recruiting process

After a short iteration with ~30 users and their feedback, an CRM unit, as well as a small invoicing feature have been addeded. Analytics revealed that the digital business card is not widely used by the users. Watchwork was available as web and macOS application. The "native" application is made via a simple electron container which fetches the web application.
